Dishes & Notes.
Some of the dishes a little strange and a number of the working practices on entry rather suspect. The crew have become rather lazy under a previous unit manager completing way too much advanced prep - of doubtful quality - and cooking dishes for room service too far in advance.
These are a sample of dishes produced in support of the unit.
