Not many ISB have working areas open to view by our customers but sopme do and in others table scan be arranged to give customers a view of a baker's skill.
What sorts of tasks are suitable?
Any hand-moulding is a winner. The customers can see that there is real skill being used to make the loaves.
Also crossing hot-crossed buns gathers interest and should your bakery being running Comic Relief events then a nice piece of skill to display is making corn sheaves, 3, 5 or 7 plaits and and rolling rolls and knots.
