These pages are generally about the most efficient method to complete a task while staying within the departmental, company and Food Hygiene Act guidelines and rules.

These are management terms and they may have been built using the Kaizen method, time and motion study or a similar system. But a lot of them are just common sense, 'thinking lazy' and the way we do things that make the product better.

Thinking lazy is just working out the best and easiest way to get a job done.
