Cutting Bloomers

The cutting is acceptable but could be better; but note the certain batching. Too many loaves on the tray and two touching.


Much improved. A 'S' shape cut is used that gives the desired final effect.


Bad shaping. Uneven Seeding. Batch baking a certainty. Cuts acceptable but should be the 'S' shape.


Floured ready for cutting but one misshapen and four instead of three on the tray.


Reasonable cuts but could be more 'S' shape. Slight under-prove as seen by the opened top cut. Slight bend in the dough and the loaf a little too long for ease of wrapping in the L shape.
